- Payment must be made in full at the time of order, via available methods (Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, or other options provided).
- Orders & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 2–5 working days depending on stock availability.
- Delivery times may vary based on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
- Shipping charges (if any) will be mentioned at checkout.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product, provided the item is:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds are not offered unless the product is defective or incorrect.
- Sale items and discounted products are non-returnable.
